“Balaleet” Sweet Vermicelli Noodles cooked in Saffron Butter and sugar topped with a fried omelet.

Originally a dish of the Philippines, Balaleet is very popular in Kuwait and other Gulf countries. The sweet and savory components make for an ideal breakfast item. Now I’m looking forward to lunch!
